A European style pillowcase or sham that is old, hand embroidered with threadwork or punchwork. This is difficult to photograph as it is white on white. Please click on pictures to enlarge and get a better idea of the detail.
The pillow case is 28 x 30 inches, all cotton, with a back button placket with original or at least old buttons. The case has no damage other than a couple of minute age freckles and they will probably bleach out. I have done nothing to this.
Use on a single bed or add to a collection of white pillows on any size bed. White bedding particularly in summer adds freshness and a touch of old world luxury.
