Pretty and fancy spoon for serving sugar, candies or jelly. It is silverplated. The bowl has a scalloped shape. The stem is a long silver plated rod with a round silver ball capping the end. Don't know the age. There is slight silver wear on the bottom of the bowl. It is just over 5.5 inches in length.
