This mid century vintage knife has a butterscotch bakelite handle (tested) and a stainless steel blade that looks like it would be good for deboning fish. It has a fine seration. The handle has an elegant detail and shape. The collar is not stainless and I'm not sure what it is. It is holding blade and handle together very securely.
This knife has been sharpened and you can barely make out "stainless" on the blade. Anything else is long gone. The blade is 5 inches and the handle is 4 inches. Condition is very good vintage. A very usable knife for the vintage kitchen.
