This retro ashtray is very much a product of the late 1960s or early 1970s. It is from West Germany and is marked 338. The material is red clay with a thin turquoise matte glaze and loosely applied white squares. The ashtray is used but undamaged from the top side. It has a chip out of the base rim (see picture) that does not affect appearance or balance. The ashtray is vaguely triangular and measures 5 inches per side.
