This is the 1999 Ty Signature Bear Beanie Baby. It was born February 9, 1999. It is long retired. It is spotted flesh color on green velour with a red felt forked tongue.
All my beanie babies are authentic, purchased from Hallmark stores and undisplayed and unplayed with. They have been stored in Space Bags for years. All tags are intact. They were purchased in Canada and have the required bilingual tags.
