Antique (?), looks Victorian to me, cotton dresser scarf or table runner that is 26 inches long with whitework embroidery and cutwork at each end and a plain center that allows for a centerpiece, lamp or figurine. The runner is 12 inches wide. The edge is scalloped with buttonhole stitch embroidery.
Excellent condition if this is as old as I think. On one edge scallop the fabric has separated from the embroidery for about 1/2 inch. This can be repaired easily if it bothers you.
