This is Jabber the parrot, a Ty Beanie Baby. It was born October 10, 1997 and is long retired. It is made of red, blue, green and yellow primary colors with black and white synthetic plush and is in perfect condition. This is one of Ty's most colorful creations.
All my beanie babies are authentic, purchased from Hallmark stores and undisplayed and unplayed with. They have been stored in Space Bags for years. All tags are intact. They were purchased in Canada and have the required bilingual tags.
