This lot of 2 heart shaped button covers are not new but not as old as their design would indicate. The hearts look like old-fashioned lockets and have different raised designs. One is flamboyant Art Nouveau and the other is more traditional. They have locking flip up pockets for the buttons. The hearts are 1 inch and they are for flat buttons up to 1/2 inch in diameter. Crafters could turn these into pendants or other jewelry.
