Two delicate cups hand painted in Nippon and dating to the early years of the 20th century. They are painted with a bunch of grapes and leaves and faintly trailing tendrils. The cups are marked on the bottom with Hand Painted in red, a crown and Nippon in green. No cracks but the rims are roughened from age. These are tea cups, low and graceful.
