This tiny piece of elegance is only 7 inches in diameter and almost 4 of those inches are tatted lace. The center is a 3½ inch linen mat ideal as a base for a silver or crystal bud vase. This linen is surrounded by a lavish border of tatting. This has been worked onto the bound edge of the mat.
